Scott focuses on estate administration (probate) and estate planning, and on real estate issues related to inherited property and tax deeds. He brings compassion and personal experience to helping people prepare for and navigate the legal aspects of the death of a loved one. A former teacher, Scott gives live and video presentations on the probate process and estate planning to legal and real estate professionals and to the public. Raised in Chamblee and Norcross, Scott and his family have lived in Tucker for over 20 years. His family includes his wife, four grown-ish sons, a dog, and a cat. Scott enjoys reading, watching TV with his wife, playing games with his kids, and walking around Stone Mountain every Saturday morning.
